Lentiviral infection of J774 - (Mar/17/2015 )

Hi,

I'm trying to infect an existing line of J774 with a lenti-RFP so I can maintain it instead of staining for F4/80 to visualize the macrophages. However, even with polybrene and a spin infection I visualize no RFP and the majority of my cells are dying. Does anyone have experience with using lenti on J774.A1 cell lines.
