normalising to actin control - (Mar/10/2015 )

Hello,

Iam bit confused how to normalise a protein to control actin. Can any one give me a link where I can read this or if you dont think, its not a waste of time can you please explain. Thanks in advance

Scan your film. Use densitometry to quantify the actin band and your protein of interest. Lastly normalize the signal of your protein of interest over actin. ImageJ works from the NIH works well and it's free. Plenty of protocols online for it.
