Dislodge cell in 96well plate - (Mar/01/2015 )

Hi,

Right now i doing expression using 96 well plate but face the problem how to dislodge all of my cell from the plate for harvesting purpose. Until now i just pipette up and down several times but not all my cell were dislodged. Hopefully somebody can help me?

Do you mean to lyse them? If so, adding a soapy buffer could help, like a Triton-solution. This will dissolve your cells.
