Please, could someone nice give some clues about how to get/how to prepare "water-saturated isoamyl alcohol"?

You can add pure water to isoamyl alcohol. A portion of the water will mix with the alcohol. After sufficient water is added, a water-only layer will form. If you take alcohol from the alcohol layer, this alcohol will be water saturated. You can store a bottle with both layers present to make access easy. Make sure you pipet from the correct layer.
