Who can advise me a kit that would allow me to purify amplicons from quantitativ - (Feb/09/2015 )

I wish to sequence the bacterial DNA amplification products amplified by real-time quantitative pcr (SYBR Green method) for that I need a kit that would allow me to purify the amplified amplicons, so who can give me a name of a kit that would allow me to accomplish this task ? Thanks

Any normal pcr cleanup process will work for q-pcr cleanup. Nothing special is needed.

I've never heard of this company, but any kit of this kind will likely work. You could even likely just do an ethanol precipitation, which would be much cheaper.
