Importance of Poliovirus Vaccine Thermal Stability - (Jan/21/2015 )

Hello everyone!  I just want to see your opinion on the importance of poliovirus vaccine thermostability. I currently have undertaken a project based on the title and i need a little push to start tackling this project. 

Any information or articles will be helpful and definitely be appreciated. Thank you in advance! 

the data sheet that comes with the vial of vaccine should give you information and references about thermal stability, amongst other things.
