Forced Expression vs. Enforced Expression - (Jan/14/2015 )

Is there a difference between "forced" expression and "enforced" expression of a protein from a recombinant vector?

What exactly do these mean?

The both mean the same and that is: Expressing a protein where it is not usually expressed, or that it is normally expressed but at a smaller amount.
