transformation - (Dec/17/2014 )

Hey,
I transformed some cells on Tuesday, and plated onto the wrong antibiotic plate.
I kept the transformed cells overnight in 4degree Celsius. I am wondering if The cells are still good to be plated onto the right plate, or would I have to do a fresh transformation?

It's worth a try. Did you do an outgrowth following transformation?

I incubated the transformed DH5alpha for 1hr at 37 in SOC, and the plasmid is Amp resistant
