about microrna overexpressing - (Nov/19/2014 )

hello

i have a question about overexpressing microrna using pcDNA 3.1+. i cloned the pri-microrna into the plasmid and transfected in the cell lines but i didnt have overexpressing compared to the control.

can u please tell me which is the best vector to overexpress microrna?
