How to convert RLU (relative light unit) to cpm (count per minute)? - (Oct/24/2014 )

Hi friends, I'm using a luminometer to detect ROS. I would like to ask someone who know how to convert RLU to cpm. Thank you!

Relative luminescence units (note- not light!) and counts per minute are two different things. CPM are a measure of the amount of radioactivity incorporated into the assay, and RLU is a measure of amount of light produced by the assay. The only way to correlate the two for your assay (and it would be specific for this assay only!) would be to do both on the same set of experiments.
