How do you download all 3'-UTR of one specific organism from NCBI database? - (Oct/14/2014 )

I wanna download all 3'-UTR of olive flounder using NCBI but I don't know how to do it. Can someone tell me the procedure to download the 3'-UTR from NCBI.
