BoxPlot with marks on it - (Oct/01/2014 )

I draw this box plot with SPSS Software. I need to Know why the two marks 59 and 74 are shown on this box plot??

These are "outliers" and the values are given here by the program (hopefully the right ones)...outliers are usually values which are not covered by the box and the whiskers.
