    As there is 22 autosomal pais and 2 sex chromosomes. Is there Genetic abnormality like one of the member from pair of autosome is missing? thanks.

Yes, that is called monosomy. However, they are all lethal during development if concerrning the autosomes (except for partial deletions, or X0=Turner syndrome in women), so you wouldnt see any patients having this.
