Determine DNA sequence expression in cell line - (Sep/25/2014 )

Hi, I am trying to determine expression of a particular DNA sequence in a few human cell lines based on some sequence information that I received from a colleague.  He gave me the DNA sequence which is prefaced by an identifier such as shown below:

hg38_dna range=chr2:55231903-55235853 5'pad=0 3'pad=0 strand=+ repeatMasking=none

What sort of online tool can I use to input this information towards the goal of finding expression level of this sequence in cell lines?  Thanks.

He has given you the chromosome number an position. Have a look on the NCBI genome browser.
