Transfection media change - (Sep/17/2014 )

Hi there,

I have always been hesitant of media change after transfection, especially in 293s because of the cells lifting up afterwards.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips, tricks, and/or any suggestions in order to avoid cells lifting up.
