Protocol for isolating cells from Subcutaneous Tumors ? - (Sep/11/2014 )

I was wondering if anyone had a good protocol to isolate cells from a subcutaneous tumor on mice.

Mince and digest with 3mg/ml each Collagenase/Dispase in complete medium at 37C for at least 1h rotating. Better 3h. Filter 100um, spin and wash.
