PBMC cell stimulation? - (Aug/15/2014 )

Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone has done any work with looking at different blood draw methods for PBMC production and if this affects your results. I am wondering if blood collected by cannula in a vacutainer will lead to cell activation and poor cell viability in PBMCs and if it is better to collect blood via direct stab in syringes with anti-coagulant?
