hi colleagues

 suggest me how to do sscp in pcr fragment size of 655 bp and how much concentration of acrylamide & bisacrylamide can be used in page electrophoresis

thank u mdm, i need suggestions wrt to single strand confirmation polymorphism in which how much concentration of acrylamide: bis can i use as my pcr product length is 655bp

i've never performed sscp but for sequencing and other molecular biology page techniques 19:1 acrylamide/bisacrylamide is generally used.

you may want to try a 5% gel (no more than 6%).
