Hello,

I have lyophilized primer at 80,000 pmol, MW= 6621.07. How to make 100uM with water?

I have done the following, please correct it:

80,000pmol

I want 100uM = 100umol/L = 100pmol/ul

If 100pmol = 1ul, then 80,000pmol = x 

x = 800ul

I dissolve the lyophilized material in 800ul of water. Is this correct?
