tripure rna isolation - (Jul/15/2014 )

Hi,

I do RNA isolation to use Tripure reagent, but my 260/230 value is very low (0,7). Can I enrichment RNA and how?

Last step in the manuel I used elution buffer from High Pure RNA Isolation kit instead of DEPC treated water.

Tissue was 5 mg and I added 800 ul Tripure reagent. Should I add 500 ul tripure reagent? Is it much Trizol to the sample?
