Centrifuging for pelletising bacteria - (Jun/26/2014 )

Hi Everyone,

I want to collect bacteria pellet using centrifuging technique. I have done is with E.coli where I used to centrifuge them from exponentail phase of the growth @ 3000 rpm. I am know using another bacteria i.e. desulfovibrio. Do I need to change the centrifuge parameter or the one I did with E.coli work with the all other bacteria type.?
