mass spectra - (Jun/19/2014 )

last week i had the mass spectra of my sample from thermofischer instrument and i got the result as in the attached file i am unable to understand this can anyone help me regarding this?

What is your sample? Trypsin digested protein that contain some peptides? If yes, then you need to submit the raw data to some software. I have not used thermofisher mass spec, but I have idea about Applied biosystems, MALDI and ESI. This kind of data we get when we submit the spectra in mascot. To me it looks like, there are four peptides in this, which are shown as red dots (corresponding to the mol wt and error). Rest I am not sure what other information you can get from this.
