Hi, can somebody tell me how to get the microsatellite sequences for rice?

NCBI is often a good starting point, e.g. search for Oryza microsatellites as I did:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/?term=oryza%20microsatellites

You can narrow down the searching surely (I've no idea about rice)
