DNA damage or genomic instability: How to evaluate them? - (May/20/2014 )

Hi everyone,

I have experience with comet assay and micronucleus test, but I need another method to analyse DNA damage.

Does anyone could suggest me a method for evaluate the DNA damage or genomic instability?

There's that one where you stain for DNA breaks using a repair protein epitope. I tried searching but all I found was TUNEL which isn't it but is also a stain for DNA breaks.
