I want to amplify Ubiquitine promoter from FUW plasmid.

Does anybody have good primers for it?

Additional question, good primers for CAGGs promoter?

I think your question is too specific to be answered. What is FUW plasmid, what ubiquitin promoter sequence is already in it?
