Problem with Real-time PCR results analysis - (Feb/21/2014 )

Please help me in analysis of Real time PCR resultys. In my experiment I was used pieces of cow endometrium. After 24h preincubation and medium changing endometrial pieces were stimulated with progesterone antagonist in three different concentrations 10-4 M, 10-5 M and 10-6 M. After the stimulation progesterone isoform B (PGRB) gene expression was determined in the tissue using the method Real time PCR. I received results which are some incomprehensible. Some concentrations increase the expression of a gene of interest while others decrease. These results does not exhibit any trend of increase or decrease in expression. How it could be explained?
