help on an experiment - (Feb/16/2014 )

Can one sequence multiple vectors in one pool using NGS without any problems and differentiate between the vector sequences if the vectors are unbarcoded? 

If I have 3 different siRNA vectors each with an insert, and transduce them into cells, and extract the DNA from the cells and want to do sequencing on the DNA, how to detect from which vector the insert came from?  Is it possible? 

are vectors u r suing r same or different?
