Immunohistochemical estrogen/progesterone receptor staining for CELLS - (Feb/04/2014 )

Hi,

Does anyone have good instructions estrogen and progesterone receptor staining cells and possibly hCG?  I have found some of the instructions, but if you have done such stains by yourself and you know that it works, I would be grateful for your help.

I mean in vitro. No tissue stainings but staining for cells!
