Suspension cell line (RPMI) adhere to flask-WHY? - (Jan/24/2014 )

Hi everyone,

I'm studying with RPMI cell line and it is suspension cell line but my cells adhere to flask and grow so slowly. I tried to use suspension-specific flasks but this couldn't help me. Because of this problem, I can not even change our cells into new flask, in every time the live cells stayed at old flask. What would you suggest?

Don't have any experience with your cell line, but worked with supension cells, and in our case they tended to become adherent when the passage number was high. What's your passage number ?
