Prediction tool to search for translation start codon - (Jan/14/2014 )

HI all,

I need an easy-to-use, web-based free Prediction tool to search for eukaryotic translation start codon from nucleotide sequence.

I want a tool that can find canonical start codon ATG as well as alternative codons such as CTG.

Can anyone suggest me good tool? Thanks!

I don't know if most of them can find alternative start codons, but most sequence analysis tools can do this.  I use ApE (A plasmid Editor) which is free (though not web based).
