Did anyone know what is standard growth curve of Bifidobacterium at different temperature range?

How do you mean?

You want a general growth curve for a bacterium? Or a specific one for your organism...

You can silmply google for papers about that organisms growhtcurve.. Its not that different from a general growht curve... Its just different in time (how fast it grows and how the temperature influences this....)

Just type this in google: Bifidobacterium growth curve, and go to images and you should already get enough links for what you want...

Thanks for the reply. I would like to know what is the temperature that used to kill all the probiotic bacteria? Mainly Lactobacillus and Bifidobacillus. Thanks
