Am working on trasduction of oncogens. kindly help me to analysis the transformed cells..what are the techniques available  to analysis the transformed cells?

well, the classic way is to count the 3D cell clumps that appear in the monolayer culture.  What exactly do you want to know about your transformed cells? Which questions do you want to answer? That's what determines the choice of techniques.

addition to the above, you can study the signaling modulation (starting with MAPK and AKT) upon expression of the oncogene and do some transformation assays.  easiest would be like proliferation and survival assays to start with.

These Signaling and transformation assays would give you the direction to proceed further.
