How to coat 96 well plate with Poly-L-lysine?

There is a number of poly-L-lysine coating protocols available which can be found through Google, they all differ when it comes to washing and drying time but basically they contain the same steps. Just choose one and try it out.

Thanks for suggestion, but i want to know one thing coating will gives better results?
