atom replacement in DNA - (Nov/07/2013 )
I have read that 98% of the atoms in human cells are replaced every year. Are the atoms in DNA replaced?

Where did you read that? There is certainly turn-over of many of the proteins in the cell, but most terminally differentiated cells are not dividing, and so the are really only metabolically active, so there is little turn-over of much of the proteins in the cell. The DNA is not replaced unless it needs to be repaired, or copied for replication.
