Do protein purification under partially denatured condition - (Oct/24/2013 )

Hello, everyone,

I am wondering if there is anyone here has experience with purification under partially denatured condition, like add 2-4M Urea?

I want some support about this. Could you give me some materials about this, or some kind of web link?
