i wonder did monoclonal antibody can be physical adsorption to gold electrode, (like PCR plate)

I'm not sure, but gold-bound (and other metal-bound) antibodies are used in things like electron microscopy.

You can couple to gold. Pierce/Thermo Fisher has coupling agent.
