Does fixation and permeabilization of cells affect their oxidative stress levels - (Oct/18/2013 )

Hello! I was wondering whether fixing and permeabilizing my cells before flow cytometric analysis can influence their oxidative stress levels?

Fixation kills the cells, so probably not...
