Which source of a text book image? - (Oct/17/2013 )

I have attached an anatomical image from a book of which I would like to know the title. Please, is anyone familar with this kind of image and the corresponding text book?

You can search by image using Google. But strangely, no result is returned. 

I also tried this and I tried searching for the specific text, as it contains those particular brackets, but to no avail.

I have one anatomy book in mind which would fit from the style, but I have to look it up first...
