It sounds like you are wanting to test if the slopes are statistically different.

No I want to correlate in such a way that values in first curve represents corresponding values in second curve.

I think you are going to have to discuss this in more detail with a statistician as the pattern of the data and the design of the experiment is going to influence your approach.

Hopefully it will be as simple as aligning the X’s for both data sets so that you can do a direct correlation between Y1 and Y2; or maybe look for auto correlation as you would do for a time series.
