is it necessary to introduce mismatches in the inner primers of tetra primer ARMS PCR?please answer as soon as possible?

Dear Amena,
From my understanding of Tetra primer PCR, your inner primers are the ones that can tell you about the absence / presence of a particular allele.
So, your mismatches in your inner primers will help you detect the SNPs you are looking for. So, yes, it necessary to introduce them ,since your template DNA will not show you the two nucleotides of the SNP.
Hope this answers your question.
