I'm a new member. 

I'm currently looking DNA extraction kits to extract DNA from bacteria. Can you help me find a kit and guide me how to use and the role of these substances in solution!!

There are so many kits available for isolating genomic DNA from bacteria. You can google "dna extract kit bacteria". Read the protocol of each kit, you will get a sense of how the kit works and probably also what purpose of each component is in the kit.
