2.The strain BL21(DE3) is commonly used for overexpressing proteins, either for enzymology or for crystallography or NMR. I need to Write the genotype of this strain. What carbon sources will it not grow on? Is it auxotrophic? Why are the lon and ompT mutations useful in this strain?

3. The strain XL1Blue is commonly used for cloning.I need to write the genotype of this strain. What carbon sources will it not grow on? Is it auxotrophic?
