Transfection methods for human ESCS of iPSCs - (Sep/12/2013 )

I am planning to use the CRISPR-Cas9 approach to knockout a couple of genes in human IPSCs, was wondering what could be an efficient method of transfecting these cells.

Both Lipofectamine and nucleofection work with IPS cells.
