Sodium Acetate pH 5.2 or 5.5 for DNA precipitation - (Sep/05/2013 )

I have seen a protocol calling for sodium acetate at pH 5.2 for use with ethanol and glycogen when precipitating DNA into a pellet.

However, I used a commercial socium acetate which I just realized is pH 5.5.

How will this influence the precipitation of my DNA?
