Can you engineer a kinetochore in a BAC so that it segregates evenly - (Sep/01/2013 )

I'm trying to make a BAC that can separate just like any other chromosome in eukaryotic mitosis/meoisis. 

Hmmm, you do ask the hard questions.  You could try a YAC rather than a BAC?  But I have no idea really.
