Does anybody have experience with the NuPCR technique from Illumina (distributed by Westburg http://www.westburg.eu/en/site/products/genomics-research/quantitative-real-time-pcr/nupcr-gene-expression-assays)? They're claiming it's probe PCR at the price of SYBR with a high sensitivity. Before I order primers to try it out it I would be interested to hear your experiences or thoughts, if any ...
