Prepare DEPC treated water - (Aug/14/2013 )

I understand we  have to add DEPC to water and let in stand overnight prior to autoclave. I had incunbated the water with DEPC for 48 hrs instead, can I autoclave and use the water or should I prepare again?

It will be fine to do it now.
