No. That is typical of an instrument issue. You also have some high temp peaks indicative of mis-priming. That's usually due to primer design. Also, your Supermix can cause problems if its not ideal. Check out this tutorial for Supermix help. Www.bio-rad.com/supermixes_tutorial.
