Apoptosis or Necrosis? - (Jul/26/2013 )

Both 6 samples on both gel is each different bioreplicates. However, they showed different laddering pattern. I'm still having difficulties in differentiating necrosis and apoptosis.

I don't see apoptotic patterns. However, you can't really say based on one or two gels. You must run other experiments like PI staining and flowcytometry.
