DNA in 1water:0,1TE at 37 degrees - (Jul/19/2013 )

Hi guys!

I forgot my DNA in 1:0,1 TE at 37 degrees for more than 24 hours!

Yesterday I was doing the isopropanol precipitation, and after the first ethanol wash I should incubate my DNA for 1 hour at 37*C...Well, I only remembered about it when I was in my bed .

Did I mess up?

not necessarily. dna is a pretty stable at pH above 7. the only concern is if something (fungus?) is growing in the solution.
